FBR sets up ‘Asset Declaration Facilitation Desk’ at LCCI
The Federal Board of Revenue on Wednesday established Asset Declaration Facilitation Desk at Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry to provide guideline to the businessmen who are interested to avail this opportunity.
LCCI President Almas Hyder and Chief Commissioner Large Taxpayer Unit (LTU) Asim Majeed Khan jointly inaugurated the desk while Commissioner FBR Portal Automatic Exchange of Information Rai Irshad and others LCCI office bearers were also present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Commissioner LTU said that Assets Declaration Scheme 2019 is a golden opportunity that must be availed by the people. He said that any undisclosed assets, undisclosed sales and undisclosed expenditure, held of acquired up to June 30, 2019 can be declared under this scheme.
The Commissioner FBR Portal Automatic Exchange of Information also gave a detailed presentation about Assets Declaration Ordinance 2019. LCCI President Almas Hyder said that strict rules and regulations will be implemented after June 30, 2019 therefore businessmen must avail this scheme.
